These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Eloquix website, courses, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your country to use the Services. If local rules require parental/guardian consent for certain users, you are responsible for obtaining it.

You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to you, including any local consumer, privacy, and export/sanctions rules.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you allow to access it.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly so we can help secure it.

The Services (including course materials, templates, videos, text, designs, branding, and software) are owned by Eloquix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and any purchase terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business learning purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or make the materials available to others unless we explicitly allow it in writing.
• You may not remove notices or attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or disable security features.

Prices and key purchase terms are shown before you buy. If you purchase a paid offering, you agree to pay the displayed amount (plus applicable taxes, fees, or duties based on your region).

If we offer subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you choose, until canceled. You can cancel future renewals as described at purchase or in your account settings (if available).

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of the course start (or the date of purchase if no start date is specified), contact us for options. We may ask for a short explanation so we can improve.

Your statutory consumer rights may provide additional protections depending on your country; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those non-waivable rights.

Respectful interaction is required. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others;
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the Services;
• Scraping or collecting data in a way that violates laws or reasonable technical restrictions;
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

We may send administrative messages (for example, receipts, service notices, and important updates). Where required, we will request consent for marketing communications and provide an opt-out.

Cookie choices (if presented) can be managed via the cookie banner controls on this site.

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and unexpected outages may occur.

We may change the Services over time (for example, by adding, removing, or modifying features). If a change materially reduces a paid feature you purchased, we’ll take reasonable steps to address it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Educational content is for informational purposes and does not guarantee results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, context, and other factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eloquix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Eloquix for the specific paid Services giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event, or USD $100 (or local equivalent), whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our legal obligations.

Sections intended to survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

We aim for amicable resolution first. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll try to resolve it in good faith.

Venue and governing law may depend on your country and applicable mandatory consumer protection rules. If your local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these Terms do not take that right away.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting a notice on the site or sending a message).

The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
